1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting your information through our intake form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2. SERVICES

Iron Ascend Leadership Coaching, LLC ("Iron Ascend") provides leadership coaching, group programs, and related educational content. Services are delivered via video call, phone, and/or digital materials. Specific service details are outlined in individual coaching agreements.

3. COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Coaching is a professional relationship that supports clients in identifying and achieving personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Iron Ascend coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. If you require mental health support, please seek a qualified professional.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All payments are due prior to or at the time of service. Package purchases are non-refundable once coaching sessions have commenced. Single sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a reschedule. No-shows forfeit the session fee. Iron Ascend reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Iron Ascend treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Information submitted through our intake form is used solely to provide coaching services and communicate with you regarding your coaching journey. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving communications from Iron Ascend regarding your inquiry and services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Iron Ascend Leadership Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Iron Ascend are the intellectual property of Iron Ascend Leadership Coaching, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
